Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ARZAQ INSIGHTS ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of centralized accounts, identity infrastructure, authentication, billing, subscriptions, and connected services.
1. Acceptance of Terms & 2. Eligibility
By registering or using the services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are registering on behalf of a company, educational institution, or other entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Centralized Account Model & Ownership
ARZAQ INSIGHTS provides a centralized identity system. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (passwords, Passkeys, TOTP 2FA devices, recovery emails). All actions taken under your authenticated sessions are deemed your responsibility.
4. Multi-Account Usage
Users may maintain multiple accounts for legitimate personal or business separation. However, creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions, churn trial credits, or conduct abusive automation is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property & License
All software, proprietary code, user interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and branding associated with ARZAQ INSIGHTS remain the exclusive property of ARZAQ INSIGHTS and its licensors.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
6. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, billing frequencies, renewals, and taxes (GST) are governed by our Billing & Payment Policy and Subscription Policy. Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARZAQ INSIGHTS provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ARZAQ INSIGHTS, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ARZAQ INSIGHTS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARZAQ INSIGHTS and its affiliates against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with our Account Suspension Policy. You may delete your account at any time via Central Account settings.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated via notice on our website or through email. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
