Acceptable Use & Abuse Prevention Policy

This Acceptable Use & Abuse Prevention Policy establishes the rules governing acceptable use of ARZAQ INSIGHTS' centralized account, authentication, identity, billing, subscription, and connected-service infrastructure.

Core Acceptable-Use Principle:
Use ARZAQ services lawfully, honestly, securely, and fairly. Users must not compromise infrastructure, bypass security limits, conduct fraud or unauthorized automation, scrape private endpoints, or misuse cross-product integrations.

1. Purpose & 2. Core Operational Principle

This policy protects the integrity, security, and availability of the ARZAQ ecosystem by strictly prohibiting malicious, deceptive, automated, and unlawful exploitation of our digital infrastructure.

3. Statutory Compliance & 4. Prohibited Unlawful Activities

Strict Zero-Tolerance List:
Financial Fraud / Scams
Identity Theft
Phishing & Impersonation
Malware Distribution
Unauthorized Cyberattacks
Unlawful Surveillance

5. Account Sharing & 6. Organizational Governance

Personal accounts are non-transferable and dedicated to individual owners. Selling, renting, or leasing individual credentials is prohibited. Organizations must utilize designated multi-seat workspace controls.

7. Multiple Accounts & 8. Fair-Use Thresholds

Maintaining multiple accounts is permitted for legitimate personal/business separation. However, spinning up multiple accounts to evade security suspensions, churn free trials, or bypass usage limits constitutes policy abuse.

9. Prohibited Unauthorized Automation & Scraping

ARZAQ INSIGHTS does not provide public third-party APIs. Automated scraping, headless crawlers, bot registration scripts, and reverse-engineered private API requests are strictly banned.

10. Cyberattacks & 12. Credential Misuse

Credential stuffing, brute-force password spraying, SQL injection, session interception, denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) floods, and unauthorized vulnerability probing are strictly prohibited.

13. Phishing & 14. Brand Impersonation

Creating fraudulent login portals, spoofing official communications, or masquerading as ARZAQ INSIGHTS staff or affiliated products is treated as criminal deception.

15. Spam Distribution & 16. Destructive Malware

Using ecosystem communication tools for unsolicited bulk spam, WhatsApp blasts, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or keyloggers will result in immediate termination.

17. Data Abuse & 18-19. Cross-Product Integration Misuse

Users connecting ecosystem products must ensure they possess lawful rights to synchronize the relevant records (e.g. customer/student databases) and must not bypass application boundaries.

20. Circumvention of Security Restrictions

Attempting to bypass rate limiters, firewall IP bans, device fingerprints, or account suspensions constitutes aggravated abuse.

22. Financial & Payment Gateway Fraud

Stolen credit cards, fraudulent chargeback disputes, test-card fuzzing, and coupon exploitation are logged and reported to law enforcement and payment partners (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe).

25. Reverse Engineering & 26. Security Research Guidelines

Decompiling private binaries or attacking infrastructure without prior written authorization is disallowed. Security researchers should coordinate via official security disclosure channels.

27. Enforcement Actions & 28. Immediate Risk Mitigation

In response to verified abuse, ARZAQ INSIGHTS may immediately terminate active sessions, block IP ranges, suspend subscriptions, revoke Passkeys, or permanently purge offending accounts without prior warning.

29. Law Enforcement Cooperation & 30. Permanent Termination

Terminated abusers are barred from re-registering. Verified criminal cyber activity will be referred to Indian cybercrime authorities alongside immutable audit evidence.

34. Interconnected Governance Policies
