Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions for services within the ARZAQ INSIGHTS ecosystem are created, activated, managed, renewed, changed, cancelled, suspended, and terminated.
1. Purpose
This policy explains the governance relationship between the ARZAQ account, subscription plans, billing, payments, subscription lifecycle, renewals, cancellations, expiration, and product access.
2. Centralized Subscription Model
Subscriptions purchased within the ecosystem are associated with the user's central ARZAQ account. This allows users to manage multiple SaaS plans from a single dashboard without maintaining separate subscription accounts for every application.
3. Subscription and ARZAQ Account & 4. Multiple Accounts
Subscriptions belong to the specific ARZAQ account under which they were purchased. If multiple accounts are active on a device, switching accounts does not merge or transfer subscriptions between accounts.
5. Subscription Plans
Plans may differ based on feature limits, user seats, compute capacity, storage, billing intervals, and SLA tiers as disclosed on checkout.
6. Subscription Pricing & 7. Activation
Prices are displayed clearly prior to purchase. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation from authorized payment gateways.
8. Product Access & Entitlements
ARZAQ INSIGHTS transmits subscription entitlement tokens to connected platforms. The individual product enforces its own roles and data access controls.
9. Subscription Status Lifecycle
10. Subscription Periods & 11. Automatic Renewals
Plans are billed monthly, annually, or on a defined cycle. Auto-renewing plans charge the authorized payment method at the beginning of each billing interval.
12. Renewal Dates & 13. Notifications
Renewal reminders and billing confirmations are delivered via email and account notifications prior to and following renewal transactions.
14. Failed Renewal Payments & 15. Grace Periods
If a renewal charge fails, the system may initiate automatic retries, notify the customer, and provide an applicable grace period before pausing paid service features.
16. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel subscriptions anytime through Central Account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing while maintaining active service until the end of the paid billing period.
17. Immediate Cancellation & 18. Refunds After Cancellation
Immediate termination may occur in cases of terms violations, security breaches, or fraud. Subscription cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless eligible under applicable refund terms.
19. Upgrading & 20. Downgrading Subscriptions
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated adjustments. Downgrades generally take effect at the start of the next renewal cycle. Users must ensure usage fits the new tier limits.
21. Plan Modifications & 22-23. Free Trials
Promotions and free trials are subject to specific eligibility terms and may convert into paid recurring plans if not cancelled prior to trial expiration.
24. Subscription Expiration, Suspension & Termination
Subscriptions expire when cancelled paid terms end or payments remain unresolved. Subscriptions may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent activities, payment disputes, or severe policy violations.
27. Account Deletion and Subscriptions
Permanent account deletion terminates all active subscriptions and access. Subscriptions cannot be restored, and new accounts will not inherit past subscriptions.
29. Subscription Transferability & 30. Product Data Separation
Central subscription management manages commercial billing and plan status. Product-specific data and operational databases remain isolated inside the individual product environment.
31. Subscription Abuse & 32. Organizational Subscriptions
Unauthorized sharing, trial churning, or payment fraud may lead to immediate suspension. Organization/Team plans may include additional seat management and administrator controls.
35. Payment Gateways & 36. Statutory Taxes
Transactions are processed via PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, and PhonePe. Applicable GST and statutory taxes are itemized on official invoices.
37. Service Continuity & 38. Policy Updates
Features may evolve over time. Policy modifications will reflect the current effective and updated dates.
39. Support Contact
40. Core Subscription Principle
The central system manages commercial billing, while individual products deliver features and maintain their own operational data.
