Account Suspension, Restriction & Termination Policy

This Account Suspension, Restriction & Termination Policy explains when and how ARZAQ INSIGHTS may restrict, suspend, disable, or permanently terminate access to a centralized ARZAQ account or an individual product.

Proportionate Enforcement Principle:
Enforcement is situation-dependent. Product-specific violations restrict access only to the affected product, while critical infrastructure threats, identity fraud, or cyberattacks may result in central account suspension or permanent termination. Appeals are reviewed within 30 days.

1. Purpose & 2. Scope

This policy details the tiers of administrative and technical action taken to protect our user ecosystem from security risks, abuse, fraud, and unlawful conduct.

3. Enforcement Principles

Every case is assessed based on severity, duration, security risk, intent, and impact on other users. Measures range from informal warnings to global infrastructure bans.

4. Enforcement Tiers

4.1 Warning & 4.2 Feature Restriction

Formal notification to halt non-compliant activity, or selective disabling of specific account tools.

4.3 Integration & 4.4 Product Restriction

Revocation of cross-application connectors or removal of access to a specific product database.

4.5 Central Account Suspension

Temporary total lockout across all ecosystem services pending security review.

4.6 Central Account Termination

Permanent identity revocation and complete cancellation of ecosystem services.

6. Immediate Risk Mitigation

Advance notice is not provided when immediate action is necessary to halt active malware, DDoS floods, credential stuffing attacks, or payment fraud.

7. Product-Level vs 8. Central Account Enforcement

Granular Isolation:

If an infraction occurs solely within one connected product, enforcement is applied strictly at that product's boundary. Central ARZAQ login and access to unrelated products remain active unless central infrastructure is compromised.

9. Suspension Mechanics & 11. Payment Failure Clarification

Payment Failures Are NOT Security Suspensions:

An expired credit card or failed subscription renewal simply shifts the affected paid plan to inactive status. Your central account is never suspended or penalized due to standard payment failure.

13. Permanent Termination & 14. Ban on Re-Registration

Users permanently terminated for malicious abuse are prohibited from registering new accounts. Creating secondary accounts to evade enforcement is actively blocked.

16. Immediate Security Safeguards

Enforcement immediately revokes active OAuth tokens, invalidates Passkey assertions, and blocks current IP sessions globally.

19. Impact on Subscriptions & 20. Refund Eligibility

Suspension or termination does not automatically entitle a user to a refund. Refunds following termination are evaluated strictly under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, with fraudulent conduct disqualifying claims.

21. Data Retention During Suspension & 22. After Termination

Suspended data is maintained securely during investigations. Upon permanent termination, non-statutory records are purged in accordance with our Data Retention Policy, while statutory tax records and audit logs are retained as required by Indian law.

25. Appeals Process (30-Day Window)

How to Submit an Appeal:

Users may appeal an administrative suspension or termination within 30 days by contacting our appeals desk at support@arzaqinsights.com with evidence and account identifiers.

29. False Reports & 30. Good-Faith Whistleblowing

Submitting fraudulent abuse complaints against other users will result in enforcement against the complainant. Legitimate good-faith vulnerability disclosures are protected.

34. Interconnected Governance Policies

Read in conjunction with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
