Brand & Intellectual Property Policy

This policy defines the acceptable use of ARZAQ INSIGHTS trademarks, logos, wordmarks, brand imagery, and outlines our notice-and-takedown procedures for copyright claims under applicable intellectual property laws.

Brand Integrity Rule:
The ARZAQ name, logos, product marks, and interface designs are protected intellectual property. You may not alter our marks, combine them with your own branding, or imply official endorsement without prior written authorization.

1. Trademark & Logo Guidelines

When referencing ARZAQ INSIGHTS or its ecosystem products, follow these standards:

Permitted Use

Accurately stating that your application connects or integrates with the ARZAQ authentication portal using standard unmodified text.

Prohibited Use

Distorting the logo, changing brand colors, registering confusingly similar domains, or presenting your product as created by ARZAQ.

2. Software & Proprietary Assets

All graphical icons, UI layouts, proprietary stylesheets, client SDKs, and backend codebases are copyrighted works owned by ARZAQ INSIGHTS. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Copyright Takedown Procedure (DMCA / Indian Copyright Act)

If you believe content hosted within the ARZAQ ecosystem infringes your copyright, submit a formal takedown notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and URL location.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner.
