Billing & Payment Policy
This Billing & Payment Policy explains how ARZAQ INSIGHTS manages billing, payments, invoices, payment processing, financial transactions, and related records for services offered through the ARZAQ INSIGHTS ecosystem.
1. Purpose
ARZAQ INSIGHTS operates a centralized billing infrastructure through which subscriptions and paid services may be purchased and managed. This policy provides clear terms regarding billing management, payment providers, invoices, payment failures, refunds, and record retention.
2. Centralized Billing Model
Where a user purchases a paid product or service operated by ARZAQ INSIGHTS, the billing relationship is directly with ARZAQ INSIGHTS. Products may be identified using structures such as "[Product Name] by ARZAQ INSIGHTS". The product provides the underlying functionality, while ARZAQ INSIGHTS manages the commercial billing relationship.
3. Billing Entity
4. What Billing Information We Collect
Depending on the transaction and service, ARZAQ INSIGHTS may collect and maintain:
We may also receive confirmation tokens and identifiers from authorized payment providers.
5. Payment Methods & Providers
ARZAQ INSIGHTS supports checkout processing through trusted payment gateways:
6. Payment Processing & 7. Payment Security
Sensitive payment card information is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. ARZAQ INSIGHTS does not store raw credit/debit card numbers on its central servers.
8. Payment Authorization & 9. Currency
By initiating checkout, the user authorizes the payment provider to process the charge, including base price, applicable GST/taxes, and disclosed fees. Currencies are clearly displayed during checkout.
10. Taxes & 11. GST Tax Invoicing
Where applicable, GST and statutory taxes are added to transactions. Business customers must provide accurate GSTIN and legal billing details during checkout to receive valid tax credit invoices.
12. Invoices & 13. Billing Records
Invoices containing itemized breakdown, tax details, invoice numbers, and transaction IDs are generated for all completed transactions and accessible via the Central Account dashboard.
Billing records are retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, audit, and statutory compliance.
14. Subscription Billing & 15. Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly, annual, or defined recurring cycle. If configured for auto-renewal, the authorized payment method is charged at the start of each renewal period.
16. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel subscriptions at any time via Central Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges while maintaining access until the end of the paid billing cycle.
17. Failed Payments & 18. Pending Transactions
If a renewal payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, bank rejection), ARZAQ INSIGHTS may notify the user, provide a grace period, or temporarily pause subscription features.
Pending payments are confirmed once the payment gateway communicates final settlement. Avoid resubmitting payments while a transaction remains in pending state.
19. Duplicate Charges & Inquiries
If a duplicate payment occurs due to network or gateway glitch, contact support with transaction IDs. Confirmed duplicate charges are promptly refunded.
20. Refunds & 21. Chargebacks / Disputes
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Banking settlement timelines (typically 2–7 business days) depend on the customer's bank/payment provider.
Users are encouraged to resolve billing discrepancies directly through ARZAQ support before filing formal bank chargebacks.
22. Promotional Pricing, 23. Free Trials & 24. Price Changes
Promotions, coupons, and trial periods apply according to specific campaign terms. Material price modifications will be communicated with advance notice prior to future billing cycles.
25. Central Subscription Management
Users can view active subscriptions, plan tiers, invoices, and billing history centrally in one unified interface across all ecosystem applications.
26. Billing vs Product Access Separation & 27. Data Isolation
ARZAQ INSIGHTS manages commercial billing status and communicates active entitlement tokens to products. ARZAQ INSIGHTS does not access the internal operational data of individual products.
29. Financial Record Retention & 30. Account Deletion
Upon account deletion, active subscriptions are terminated. Statutory financial invoices, tax documents, and transaction records may be retained as legally required under Indian tax and accounting laws.
31. Unauthorized Transactions & 32. Fraud Prevention
Report suspected unauthorized charges immediately to support. ARZAQ INSIGHTS implements automated fraud detection, velocity checks, and gateway risk controls to safeguard user accounts.
33. Transactional Communications & 34. Support Contact
35. Policy Changes & 36. Payment Gateway Availability
ARZAQ INSIGHTS aims for high gateway reliability, though external banking network disruptions may occasionally occur.
37. Core Centralized Billing Principle
This ensures a single, trusted commercial relationship without fragmenting payments across individual applications.
38. Governing Law & 39. Contact
This policy operates in accordance with applicable Indian laws and financial regulations. For billing assistance, contact support@arzaqinsights.com.
