Wallet, Credits & Coupon Policy
This policy governs the issuance, redemption, validity, transferability, and expiration of account wallet balances, promotional credits, voucher codes, and coupon discounts across the ARZAQ INSIGHTS ecosystem.
1. Central Account Credits
Credits may be credited to your central ARZAQ account via referral campaigns, promotional grants, billing adjustments, or service goodwill.
Account credits automatically apply to reduce the payable total of your next subscription invoice or renewal checkout.
2. Coupon Codes & Redemption Rules
- Single-Use Limits: Unless explicitly designated as multi-use, coupons are valid for one redemption per user account.
- No Stacking: Only one coupon code may be applied per checkout session.
- Plan Exclusions: Certain enterprise or custom quoted plans may be excluded from coupon promotions.
- Expiration Dates: Coupons expire automatically upon reaching their stipulated expiration timestamp.
3. Cash Value & Non-Transferability
Promotional credits, referral balances, and coupon savings cannot be redeemed for fiat cash, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. In the event of a subscription refund, only the actual cash amount paid via payment gateway is refundable; redeemed promotional credits are forfeited.
4. Anti-Abuse Safeguards
Creating duplicate accounts to farm referral credits or exploit introductory coupon codes violates our Acceptable Use Policy. ARZAQ INSIGHTS reserves the right to void fraudulently obtained credits and cancel associated orders immediately.
